Airport Car Express offers 24 hour service, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. A customer service representative is available to assist you at all times. Payments can be charged on all major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Cash or Check are accepted with proper ID. Credit Card information is taken at the time the reservation is made. Corporate billing accounts are always welcome, subject to credit approval. Reservations can be received over our fax line between the hours of 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. We prefer that reservations via fax be made 24 hours in advance.

NO SHOW
A no show fee is equal to the cost plus applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location.
In order to avoid a no show fee, passengers should not leave designated meeting location without notifying Airport Car Express Inc.
CANCELLATIONS
Round trip must be cancelled as two separate reservations. A cancellation fee equal to the trip cost will be charged for any cancellation made less than one hour before scheduled pick-up time.
